My Mineral returns policy

Thank you for choosing My Mineral. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that there may be times when you want to return a product. Here is our returns policy:

1. Return period

1.1. You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return conditions

2.1. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels and manuals.

- Order number
- Product(s) that you want to return
- Reason of return

3.2. After receiving your return request, we will review it and contact you to communicate the status of your request.

3.3. If your return request is approved, you will receive a returns label along with detailed instructions on how to safely return the product.

4. Refund

4.1. After receipt and verification of the return, we will refund the purchase amount.

4.2. We aim to process the refund within 30 days of receiving the return. The money will be refunded to the original payment method.
