1.1. You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return conditions

2.1. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels and manuals.

- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

3.2. After receiving your return request, we will assess it and contact you to communicate the status of your request.

3.3. If your return request is approved, you will receive a return label together with detailed instructions on how to safely return the product.

4. Refund

4.1. After receipt and verification of the return shipment, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount.

4.2. We aim to process the refund within 30 days of receiving the return. The money will be credited back to the original payment method.
